We’ve recently added Sega Dancing to our repertoire which is the traditional dance of Mauritius. It’s a very simple but beautiful dance built mainly around their very full skirts. It’s like one of those outfits you’d dream of wearing as a little girl, I used to call it a ‘fly-out skirt’ and this is definitely as good as it gets.
I love the chilled out island music as well, definitely something you’d love to hear on a hot summer’s day while drinking a cocktail in your hammock on the beach. 😉
My daughter took some pics of me in costume but I can’t wait to take some group shots… coming soon. 🙂
